   Every menu is created for you and your special occasion.  We will build menus plans for small groups or elaborate menus for large weddings or corporate events.

 

  We hand make each unique menu to meet any dietary need.  Without hesitation we can be contacted, immediately at any time, assuring your event will be a success.

 

  Sweet Allie B’s has access to many if not all event centers in the city and surrounding areas.  We will also assist you in finding multiple locations to choose from, assuring the best atmosphere for your special event.

We now have an amazing full service establishment, seating almost 100 guests with brunch served Saturdays, with an outside patio.

Owner and Executive Chef

Allison Tylski

Allison is a remarkable chef with a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Wichita State University.  She grew up in Wichita, Ks, and had many years working with her mother, Jody Briceland at Wild Thyme Catering.  She creates amazing tastes with basic ingredients.  

Allison can also create meals for the outdoors person.  She is an avid hunter and fisherwoman dedicated to preparing and consuming what she harvests in the field or stream.
