Allison is a remarkable chef with a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Wichita State University. She grew up in Wichita, Ks, and had many years working with her mother, Jody Briceland at Wild Thyme Catering. She creates amazing tastes with basic ingredients.
Allison can also create meals for the outdoors person. She is an avid hunter and fisherwoman dedicated to preparing and consuming what she harvests in the field or stream.
